WRS are in search of an Onshore Quality Manager, to join a bg player in the Renewable energy space. The successful candidate will hae significant experience in Quality Management in PV Solar to oversee the development, implementation, and continious improvement of their quality management systems, process' and procedures.

Location: France with hybrid working opportunity. 

Responsibilities

• Definition of the project-related quality strategies in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and 10006:2017
• Setting up and implementation of concepts, processes and methods for quality planning, assurance and control for Onshore Wind Projects from concept to handover to end client as per our Directive and contacts
• Planning and managing current and new risk based detailed quality assurance and control activities for the assigned project(s), including coordination of external quality resources and the related budgets.
• Travel to FAT and construction sites for some inspections expected
• Manage contractors performance, quality reporting, escalating and dispute resolution for Quality
• Assessing non-conformities, deviations, clarifying causes and follow up with suppliers
• Negotiate Quality Assurance Agreements with potential suppliers
• Acting as (Lead) Auditor for quality audits acc. ISO 19011:2018 on our supply chain

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering AND qualifications for Quality Auditing or Quality Management
• Practical experience in PV/Solar
• Knowledge of South Europe would be advantageous for the role
• Business fluent in French or Spanish
