Summary
Join a fast-growing renewable energy company driving the European energy transition! We are seeking a Wind Project Development Manager to coordinate and deliver wind energy projects in Germany. This role offers the chance to shape ambitious renewable projects in an international, collaborative environment with a flexible remote-working policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in Germany, liaising with stakeholders such as local communities, landowners, regulatory bodies, and development partners.
• Originate opportunities and build a pipeline of wind projects progressing to Ready-to-Build status.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, risk management, and internal reporting.
• Collaborate across teams and with external advisors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously expand professional qualifications to meet the company’s growing needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Services, Landscape Planning, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wind project planning and development.
• Deep understanding of German regulations for onshore wind projects and the full development lifecycle.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level); additional European language skills are a plus.
• Independent and solution-oriented, with a team-focused approach and excellent relationship-building skills.
