This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with expertise in construction project management, particularly within mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of small to medium-sized projects or portions of larger, complex projects. You’ll lead project execution, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, serving as the primary point of contact during the construction phase.
- Collaborate with internal teams during project development to assess constructability, manage risks, and create construction pricing and schedules.
- Manage project budgets, cost reports, revenue projections, and change orders to ensure financial performance aligns with expectations.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to keep all parties aligned.
- Establish objectives and make critical decisions on issues, policies, and strategies affecting project outcomes.
- Train and mentor team members, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success.
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in construction project management.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience, including managing construction teams and delivering successful projects.
- Proven track record managing complex projects and ensuring high-quality execution.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems.
- Familiarity with building construction methods, codes, permitting processes, and blueprint interpretation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Project, and the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills to ensure positive outcomes and foster successful relationships.
- Ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
Additional Skills:
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures effectively.
- Ability to present confidently in public forums and to executive stakeholders.
