With over a decade of expertise in energy-focused mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems, this team specializes in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery teams, ensuring alignment with project scopes, schedules, and financial goals.
- Oversee all aspects of preconstruction, including cost estimation, risk reviews, constructability assessments, and procurement strategies.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including prequalification, scoping, and pricing during preconstruction and construction phases.
- Drive team performance through staffing, leadership development, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Support client engagement, attending project meetings and contributing to presentations to ensure client satisfaction and value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants and subcontractors, to develop and deliver optimized solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise:
- 10–15 years of experience in ESCO, General Contractor (GC), or MEP contracting and management roles.
- Demonstrated success leading teams of 15+ professionals in operations or project management.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and general building construction principles.
- Advanced understanding of design-build and design-assist projects, including cost estimation, contracting, and scheduling.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Strategic decision-making with a focus on achieving financial and operational excellence.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in scope development, constructability reviews, risk management, and procurement strategies.
- Thorough understanding of commercial construction contracts and industry best practices.
- Ability to provide hands-on technical expertise during preconstruction and throughout project execution.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering from an accredited institution.
