Group HSE Manager Wanted! 

Location: Newforge Lane, Belfast (Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days home)

Join a leading energy company dedicated to Ireland’s renewable future! We’re seeking an experienced Group HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment strategy. 

The Role:

• Lead and evolve our ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 HSE management systems.
• Chair the Group HSE Committee and collaborate across business units.
• Drive a safety-first culture through coaching, training, and policy implementation.
• Report on HSE performance to senior leadership and manage audits and corrective actions.

About You:

• Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, NEBOSH, or similar.
• Experience: Strong background in HSE leadership, ideally in energy, construction, or similar sectors.
• Skills: Excellent communicator with a track record of presenting at the senior level and developing others.
