🌍 Job Opportunity: Project Developer (m/f/d) – Renewable Energies (Onshore Wind)

📍 Location: Hamburg, Germany

Are you experienced in onshore wind project development and fluent in German? We’re looking for a Project Developer to support the planning and development of onshore wind energy projects in Germany, driving the energy transition forward.

Your Role

• Lead the development of onshore wind projects from securing land to construction readiness, including obtaining approvals, grid connections, and remuneration through EEG auctions or PPA contracts.
• Evaluate location factors, project design, and economic drivers, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with municipalities, landowners, legal advisors, and planning authorities to successfully navigate project requirements.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with external consultants and project partners.
• Utilize tools like WindPRO to create maps, plans, and visualizations.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated experience in onshore wind energy project development, including regulatory, technical, and financial aspects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in mapping/visualization tools such as WindPRO.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
