Position: Production Foreman

Main responsibilities:

Ensure daily, monthly, annual lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines and executing in SAP PM module.
Monitor line material efficiencies/Yields.
Monitor efficiencies and stoppages of line machines.
Ensure that records of failures/stops for machines in production lines are kept and recorded in Trex and daily reports, search for reasons and prevent their repetition.
Participate in machine operating procedures, decide to increase line efficiency, design and implement improvement projects.
Posting production confirmations into SAP on time.
Make sure there is agreement between warehouse and production report numbers at the end of production.
Ensure that all operators are trained to carry out maintenance/repair and cleaning of machines under their responsibility.
Ensure that materials used in production are found in designated locations.
Perform and monitoring cleaning on field, machine and equipment under responsibility.
Maintain personal hygiene, keep work clothes and changing lockers clean.
Provide, monitor and keep clean waste bins or bins, handcarts, etc. used for transferring wastes and ensure separation of wastes within area under responsibility, and their transfer to solid waste treatment field.
Report processing performance to his team.
