The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with proven leadership skills to oversee teams and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and multifamily high-rise construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial construction and multifamily high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
