Production Supervisor

Job description

Position:  Production Supervisor
open to:   Locals only
Location: Baghdad 
working type: Full-time 


Main responsible:

  • Develop budgets for production lines under responsibility, make sure expenses are within or under budget limits.
  • Plan and develop preventive maintenance program in order to ensure compliance of machines.
  • Ensure realization of planned production program.
  • Direct production team for both production and maintenance.
  • Creating culture and develop company GMP, cleaning and organization.
  • Ensure achieving target line efficiency and raw material yields. Also seeking for continues improving.
  • Working on achieving and decreasing EUR & WUR.
  • Develop work safety procedures; make sure the team under supervision follows rules.
  • Improve product and package quality.
  • Take improving actions on environmental system issues.
  • Closely follow up all system (SAP, Trex, Fit, …etc.) utilizations.
  • Determine necessary spare parts and controlling budget and inventory level stock.
  • Carry out criteria assessments and prepare reports for continuous improvement and performance follow up, present it to management, plan and implement 5 years of  total professional experience.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Able to lead and manage production systems and cross-functional projects.


Qualifications :
  • College Graduate
  • Fluent in English & Arabic languages. 
  • previous Safety and Health training.
  • Quality, food safety, GMP trainings.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in On-board training.
  • ISO 9001, FSSC 22000,  ISO 14001,  OHSAS 18001 trainings.
  • Experience in Leadership program training.
