About the Position: The Mechanical Foreman role is essential in overseeing the day-to-day operations of some of the most challenging multifamily high-rise and commercial projects in the industry. This position ensures that the work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical crews on multifamily high-rise and commercial construction sites.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, mechanical codes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and project management to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor the use of materials and manage inventory to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations on-site.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman on large-scale multifamily high-rise and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical codes.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
