Production Engineer

Position:  Production Engineer
open to:   Locals only
Location: Baghdad 
working type: Full-time 


Main responsible:
  • Ensure application of daily, monthly, annual lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines and insure SAP PM module system utilization.
  • Ensure that records of failures/stops for machines in production line are kept and entered to Trex accurately, search for reason and develop suggestion/projects to prevent their repetition.
  • Ensure postproduction confirmations in SAP and make sure there is agreement between warehouse and production report numbers at the end of each shift and/or end of production.
  • Making reconciliation with warehouse at month end during inventory control. 
  • Ensure that all operators are trained to carry out maintenance/repair and cleaning of machines and area under their responsibility.
  • Manage implementation of production program according to processes, share daily production programs with foreman.
  • Perform cleaning and arrangement control on filed, machine and equipment to achieve the goal on criteria determined for filed under responsibility.
  • Perform and impose preventive maintenance activities on planned periods.
  • Report processing performance to employees and management.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • 3 years of total experience.
  • High Analytical candidate
  • fluent in english and arabic
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to lead and manage production systems and cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
  • Safety and Health training.
  • Quality, food safety, GMP trainings.
  • On-board training.
  • ISO 9001, FSSC 22000,  ISO 14001,  OHSAS 18001 trainings.
