On behalf of a major oil and gas operator, I am searching for a Xmas Tree / Wellhead / Workover Engineer to join them in Paris on a 12+ month renewable contract, initially working on the PRE-FEED/FEED stage for a very deep water oil greenfield FPSO project. This will be based in Paris on a 12 month renewable contract, with the aim to follow the project through to execution. 

Role:

• The role involves responsibility for Xmas tree, wellhead, and workover engineering activities and technical matters as part of the team. This includes reviewing, approving, preparing, and managing studies during the pre-project, FEED, Call For Tender, and EPCI phases for the SPS system in a very deepwater oil greenfield project. The Service Provider will lead engineering activities related to Xmas tree, wellhead, and workover systems and support procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning activities for SPS equipment. Additionally, the Service Provider will assist the SPS Technical Manager and team while liaising with other project teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering and strong experience in engineering for SPS Systems
• Recent and relevant experience with major SPS Contractor in delivering a deep-water subsea system – including design, procurement, construction, installation and offshore hookup and commissioning of wellhead systems and vertical Xmas trees.
• Sound knowledge of drilling, completion, workover and subsea operation disciplines.
• At least 15 years in large offshore oil & gas subsea environment / projects
• Must have the right to work within the EU
