Summary
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to contribute to subsea geotechnical studies for a high-profile offshore energy project. This role involves detailed analysis, design, and documentation of subsea foundations, anchoring systems, and soil-structure interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and synthesize geotechnical data for subsea applications.
  • Develop design bases for:
    • Subsea shallow foundations (mudmats).
    • Initiation anchoring systems (piles or subsea anchors).
    • Soil-structure interaction studies.
  • Produce technical studies and calculation reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project rules, industry standards, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Guarantee high-quality documentation in technical content, volume, and presentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams to meet planning objectives and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in geotechnical engineering with advanced technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in finite element modeling, particularly with Plaxis 2D/3D.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both English and French.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to adhere to technical references and internal standards.
  • Commitment to project quality, traceability, and adherence to procedures.
