Instrumentation Engineer

Job description

WRS is seeking an Instrumentation Engineer to to join our well known client’s project team in Paris. 

EU passport is needed

  • This is a contract role with renewable scope, working in the Paris area.
  • Paying a Daily rate in € 
  • Hybrid Working 

Project: 
  • Carbon Capture Project 

Tasks: 
  • Evaluation of supplier offers
  • Participation in clarification meetings (internal/vendors/customer) and reviews (HAZOP / SIL)
  • Follow-up of the seller and his technical documentation
  • Integration of packages into the factory design and coordination with the various trades
  • Factory equipment tests (in France or abroad)


Skills: 
  • 5+ Years experience in Instrumentation Engineering 
  • Mastery of the specificities of instrumentation equipment (valves, transmitters, analyzers, fire and gas, etc.) and control/safety systems
  • Mastery of the know-how of integrating instrumentation into packages (P&ID, list of instruments and I/Os, installation constraints, functional analysis, rationalization of alarms)
  • Mastery of applicable codes (API, IEC, ISO etc.)
  • Autonomous, good communication, fluency in English - Knowledge of Office & Acrobat Pack
