Senior engineer - Onshore Wind

Join an international team as a Senior Engineer in the German onshore wind sector, supporting clients in the planning, development, and operation of wind projects. This role combines technical assessments, project management, and client engagement to drive renewable energy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for planning and developing wind farm projects.
• Lead and manage technical due diligence on wind projects, supporting clients to achieve project financial close.
• Oversee customer relations and project management, from project inception through to completion.
• Contribute to business development activities for onshore wind projects, focusing on the German market.
• Prepare proposals and manage client interactions.
• Conduct site visits and construction monitoring, with some travel abroad.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Proven background in onshore wind farm development, construction, and operation, with strong project management skills.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in technical due diligence for wind projects, with strong analytical skills.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to write clear reports in both languages.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
