Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staffing requirements for the SAP Support Team, ensuring adequate coverage based on workload demands.
  • Oversee daily operations of the SAP Support Team, including timekeeping, holiday approvals, and work scheduling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of the following tasks:
  • Creation of PRs as per project/operational needs, ensuring correct specifications, prices, delivery times, codes, and approvals.
  • Creation of WOs/DOs with accurate specifications, prices, delivery times, and subject clauses, ensuring timely approval.
  • Issuance of approved WOs/DOs to vendors, following up on acknowledgements and confirming in SAP.
  • Ensure invoice queries are cleared within 30 days, with issues requiring further action marked and followed up within 60 days.
  • Keep the SAP Support Team informed on both local and corporate procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date log of PR/WO/DO creation and revisions to minimise duplication and assist with follow-up approvals.
  • Provide training and support to new SAP team members and other employees on SAP system usage and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and requisitioners to ensure the SAP team receives detailed information for PR/DO/WO creation.
  • Support the Intercompany team with SAP-related requests as needed.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and SAP Support's role within the business.
  • Proven ability to supervise and manage a team to meet performance targets.
