Location: Singapore (3months) / Dubai (9 months)

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to support a high-profile offshore brownfield FPSO project. This 12-month contract role requires a skilled professional with expertise in quality assurance and control to ensure project quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and best practices.
- Supervise and coordinate quality activities related to fabrication, welding, NDT, and equipment installation.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly, ensuring non-conformities are documented and addressed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align QA/QC processes with overall project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities, including certification and inspection documentation.
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture across all phases of the project.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QA/QC supervision, with specific expertise in offshore brownfield projects and FPSOs.
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards and codes, such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and applicable offshore regulations.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, welding inspection, and NDT techniques. Relevant certifications such as CSWIP, AWS CWI, or equivalent are preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage QA/QC teams effectively in an offshore environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work offshore and adhere to rotational schedules.
