Quality Supervisor
Location: Sweden
Contract: 12-Month (Renewable)
 
Job Overview:

The Quality Supervisor applies expert knowledge and best practices to enhance inspection processes and ensure product compliance with project requirements. They provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and resolve complex quality issues, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success. This role involves ensuring compliance with established guidelines and coordinating quality efforts across teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control inspections to verify product compliance with specifications
• Identify and resolve non-conformance issues
• Supervise inspection activities and ensure product quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement quality plans
• Evaluate and address non-conformance reports
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and customers to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with inspection and test plans, construction quality plans, and project guidelines
• Interpret specifications and document clarifications or deviations through appropriate channels
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product compliance and operational alignment
• Conduct random audits to verify inspector effectiveness
• Proactively address potential quality concerns in collaboration with production and engineering teams

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Control or a related discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
