Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive HSE & Quality Coordinator to oversee Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Management Systems for laboratory testing processes. This role ensures compliance, drives improvement initiatives, and supports teams in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor HSE and Quality Management Systems.
  • Analyze and address anomalies, incidents, and non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and test protocols.
  • Conduct HSEQ field audits and environmental analyses, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Oversee chemical inventory and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) compliance.
  • Support teams during audits, reviews, and management visits.
  • Provide on-site guidance and foster continuous improvement in laboratory practices.
