Location: Kingston, London (Hybrid Office-based)
Contract: Outside IR35

Project Control Manager – North Sea Pipeline Project
Location: Kingston, London (Hybrid Office-based)
Contract: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager (PCM) to join our team for an exciting new pipeline project based in the North Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project with one of the most innovative companies in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and direct systems to monitor and control the status of the project, including cost analysis, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Implement project control procedures for planning, scheduling, reporting, cost control, invoicing, risk analysis, and contract administration.
- Ensure seamless integration between Scheduling, Cost Control, and Risk Management, guaranteeing activities are planned and controlled within time, budget, and scope.
- Manage the setup of the Document Control System and oversee the implementation of necessary information systems.
- Supervise interfaces with Engineering, Installation, and Administration teams.
- Maintain the Project Control System during the execution phase, ensuring project status is aligned with baseline and budget. Regularly review schedule and cost forecasts to reflect current trends and updates.
- Prepare control and monitoring documents to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate contract-compliant reports, ensure invoicing is up to date, and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support the project manager and contract administrator during contract changes and claims processes.
- Coordinate and oversee the Project Control Team Members.
- Right to work in the UK Required, Need someone within travelling distance of Kingston.
- Proven experience in EPIC/EPCI Contracts.
- Proficiency in P6 and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role, ideally in the energy sector.
