About the Position: The Mechanical Superintendent role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the project team to ensure the successful completion of some of the most challenging multifamily high-rise and commercial projects in the industry. This role is critical in delivering projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate field project team members.
• Plan, organize, and direct the execution of complex multifamily high-rise and commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and other trades.
• Collaborate with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and comply with mechanical codes.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project deadlines.
• Uphold industry standards for quality, safety, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experienced field supervisor with a minimum of 10 years managing crews on large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects, specifically in multifamily high-rise and commercial construction.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Extensive knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
