About the Position: The Mechanical Superintendent role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the project team to ensure the successful completion of some of the most challenging multifamily high-rise and commercial projects in the industry. This role is critical in delivering projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About the Position: The Mechanical Superintendent role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the project team to ensure the successful completion of some of the most challenging multifamily high-rise and commercial projects in the industry. This role is critical in delivering projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate field project team members.
- Plan, organize, and direct the execution of complex multifamily high-rise and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and other trades.
- Collaborate with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and comply with mechanical codes.
- Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project deadlines.
- Uphold industry standards for quality, safety, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experienced field supervisor with a minimum of 10 years managing crews on large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects, specifically in multifamily high-rise and commercial construction.
- Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
- Extensive knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Basic computer and writing skills.
