Overview We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with expertise in high-rise and commercial construction to manage daily site operations for large-scale projects in the Southeast US The ideal candidate will oversee construction crews, ensure project quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise and commercial projects.
• Lead and coordinate daily operations, including managing subcontractors, labor, and materials.
• Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Review and approve work performed by subcontractors and vendors.
• Address and resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts as they arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and change orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in high-rise or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise/commercial construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
• OSHA certification (preferred).
