About the Position: Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical HVAC Piping Foreman, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of projects. Your leadership will ensure that projects maintain high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including material and manpower management.
- Enforce and promote high-quality and safety standards.
- Utilize technology, such as company-provided iPads and smartphones, to ensure project completion on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experienced Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders with a passion for technology and career advancement.
- Skilled field supervisor with a minimum of five years of experience managing scopes and running projects.
- Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Experience with various piping systems and refrigeration systems preferred.
