Job Title: Head of Projects - Hydrogen Sector
We are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to join a rapidly growing company in the Hydrogen sector. If you have a strong background in project management and a passion for sustainable energy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all projects within the Business Unit (BU), ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to handle project loads and consolidate project activity schedules at the BU level.
• Adapt management tools to meet project needs and support project teams in communication, risk management, contract administration, and financial management.
• Ensure seamless interfaces between support roles and project teams.
• Provide coaching and leadership in challenging project scenarios, including client and partner negotiations.
• Work with the PMO to improve operational efficiency and implement tailored Project Management Policies, Essentials, Standards, and Tools (PEST).
• Prioritize and escalate projects as necessary.

• Proven experience in a senior project management role, ideally within the hydrogen or energy sector.
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to coach and mentor project teams for optimal performance.
