Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial and multifamily high-rise construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs to create accurate proposals.
• Participate in bid presentations and negotiations.
