Client Executive
Hybrid Role Office/Remote
Reports To: COO
Sales/Client Relations
Job Summary:
The Client Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end client experience in the custom home building process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met while facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The Client Executive will play a critical role in driving sales, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the home building process.
- Sales Guidance: Assist clients in navigating the sales process, including understanding product offerings, pricing, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with design, preconstruction, construction, and finance teams to ensure project feasibility, scope, and timelines are communicated effectively to clients.
- Communication & Updates: Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status, timelines, and any changes, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Feedback Collection: Actively solicit feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address any issues that arise during the project, working collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project milestones, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts within company CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, client relations, or project management, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
