We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team in Tampa Bay, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical estimating, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Exp in Multifamily High-rise is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee estimating processes to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Collaborate with operations teams and clients to define project scopes.
• Analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
• Perform takeoffs, quality overlays, and create detailed narratives.
• Allocate costs within project budgets and present proposals to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records in the estimating pipeline.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of electrical estimating experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
