Position Overview: WRS is seeking a highly skilled UFR Pipeline Lead Engineer to join a major Operator in Paris for a significant offshore project. This role focuses on managing all engineering and technical aspects related to the UFR package on flowlines and associated equipment.

Position Overview: WRS is seeking a highly skilled UFR Pipeline Lead Engineer to join a major Operator in Paris for a significant offshore project. This role focuses on managing all engineering and technical aspects related to the UFR package on flowlines and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and promote Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (H3SE) policies and procedures.
- Ensure all UFR-related engineering, construction, and testing documentation meets company and international standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documents for the UFR package, ensuring all project management documents are updated.
- Serve as the technical liaison with contractors, overseeing pipeline activities and ensuring compliance with QA/QC and H3SE standards.
- Oversee the fabrication and testing of pipeline equipment, ensuring adherence to project policies and requirements.
- Collaborate with other package teams (e.g., FPSO, SPS) on interface matters.
- Supervise testing, qualification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for UFR equipment.
- Participate in project reviews and ensure safe working practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide timely reports to the UFR Manager and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
- Gather and share lessons learned, contributing to process improvements.
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 15-20 years in offshore oil & gas projects, with significant experience in UFR engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Expertise in deepwater and high-pressure, high-temperature developments. Strong problem-solving, synthesis, and team management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Autonomous, proactive, energetic, with a focus on cost optimization and process improvement.

- Minimum 1 year, extendable up to 5 years post SPS package contract award
