Technical Project Manager, ONSHORE WIND

Summary:
A growing renewable energy company is seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in driving the energy transition through onshore wind projects. The successful candidate will lead the construction and commissioning phases of onshore wind projects, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of onshore wind turbine construction, from planning and preparation through to execution and commissioning, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and internal standards.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure clear communication among internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support project development through technical input on project design, component selection, and grid connection planning, as well as leading the construction phase.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with service providers and contractors, including handling contract adjustments.
• Continuously analyze and enhance project processes in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in construction or renewable energy projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a structured and independent approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant project management tools (e.g., CAD).
• Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
