We are seeking a SURF Engineering Manager to be part of a significant Deep Water greenfield Project involving pre-Project, FEED, Call For Tender, and Project Execution Phases.
  • Demonstrate exemplary H3SE&Q behaviour, implement and enforce H3SE rules within your scope. Ensure all SURF technical documentation and contractor activities adhere to H3SE&Q standards and identify potential deviations.
  • Lead and coordinate the SURF engineering team throughout pre-Project, FEED, Call For Tender preparation, review and technical evaluation, contract finalization, project preparation, and execution. Provide guidance and support to team members in their roles and objectives.
  • Oversee the engineering of umbilical’s, flowlines, risers, and related items to ensure progress, compliance with Company Rules, Specifications, Project requirements, and international codes during all project phases.
  • Manage all engineering activities for pre-Project and FEED phases, including contractor technical activities.
  • Prepare and deliver the SURF Call For Tender technical package for the SURF EPCI Contract on time.
  • Review and ensure SURF Tenderers’ technical offers meet Project and Company requirements. Lead technical clarifications with Tenderers and ensure timely resolution of technical qualifications. Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate the preparation of the RTA technical part.
  • Develop, issue, and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the Project SURF package. Support the creation and maintenance of key project management documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.).
  • Ensure all aspects of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning are addressed during the engineering phases by reviewing and validating relevant SURF documentation from suppliers and contractors (technical documentation/queries/derogation requests).
  • Supervise all testing and qualification activities (SWT, CDT, FAT, EFAT, SIT, etc.), installation preparation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities conducted by contractors, including the handover of equipment to other packages.
