Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of over 40 commissioning personnel during the commissioning phase.
- Oversee a site comprising a Central Processing Facility, 29 remote well pads, and an offshore water abstraction platform.
- Ensure maintenance and preservation activities are executed safely and efficiently, monitoring quality, progress, costs, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Set daily and weekly priorities for commissioning execution and contribute to achieving production targets by identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with contractors for effective vendor management.
- Coordinate with commissioning teams during the preparation phase to develop startup procedures and procure necessary spares and consumables.
- Manage interfaces between commissioning and operations teams during project execution to prepare for production.
- Review and approve Ready-for-Start-Up (RFSU) dossiers and oversee the handover process.
- Develop and maintain startup manuals, execution plans, and operational procedures.
- Optimise startup sequences and update 6-week and 18-month plans with relevant activities.
- Approve and oversee operational and performance testing, ensuring thorough analysis and reporting.
- Provide technical support and resolve startup challenges while implementing necessary changes.
- Plan and execute the integration of technicians and operators into commissioning and startup activities.
- Focus on team development to enhance individual and collective performance.
