Job Title: Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team, responsible for preparing detailed estimates, managing subcontractor bids, and contributing to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client RFPs and develop bid documents.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor proposals.
• Provide value engineering recommendations.
• Assist with contract negotiations and project scheduling.
• Support project management with pricing changes and change orders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proficient in quantity take-offs and interpreting construction documents.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Project and PlanSwift.
• Knowledge of the Florida construction market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or BCCE certification preferred but not required.
