Sales & Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Leading and Managing Sales and Marketing Department and team.
  • Preparing the annual budget for Sales and Marketing and submitting it to the Management for approval.
  • Managing budgets and using resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Conducting market research to determine target demographics and trends in luxury real estate and golf course marketing.
  • Coordinating with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and target potential customers.
  • Reviewing customer survey results and feedback to measure customer satisfaction and reporting to Management.
  • Monitoring, measuring and presenting to management the activities and market trends of competitors.
  • Monitoring the activities of rival companies in online marketplaces tracking sales performance while developing new sales strategies.        
  • Conducting research on industry trends and best practices in luxury marketing and branding, staying informed about the latest developments, and informing Management about developments.
  • Monitoring and controlling digital marketing strategies, material preparations, promotions, promotional strategies, market research, advertising areas, data analysis and competitor analysis, developing strategies according to the results.
  • Coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Coordinating with external marketing agents or contractors to carry out marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating with external marketing agencies or contractors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Developing partnerships with local businesses and organizations to promote the luxury project to wider audiences.
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders including investors, brokers, and potential buyers.
  • Determine and synchronize strategies across FQC and its subsidiaries.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and determining strategies, submitting them for approval, and implementing strategies after approval.
  • Determining target audiences for FQC and other subsidiaries, developing marketing strategies and developing projects to determine appropriate campaigns, submitting them for approval and implementing the project after approval.
  • Identifying high-profile individuals & industry leaders who will visit the Erbil Hills project effectively and introducing the project to them.
  • Creating marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and web content. 
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop marketing materials compatible with the project's brand identity and message. 
  • Organizing and supervising VIP events, receptions, and engagements to promote the project.
  • Coordinating with the marketing and sales team to plan, organize and execute successful events and conferences.
  • Ensuring all events align with project goals and brand guidelines and provide attendees with exceptional experiences.
  • Identifying and commissioning potential sponsorship programs for the project, negotiating partnership agreements compatible with the project objectives.
  • Identifying innovative sponsorship opportunities.
  • Organizing staff transportation for events and exhibitions or any activities related to FQC and its subsidiaries.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all events and activities run smoothly.
  • General control of our websites (store, blog, forum) and management of marketing area.
  • Creating and managing paid search campaigns (SEM), especially on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Working on creating websites using Content Management Systems (such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal).     
  • Establish and maintain a strong online social network, including social media accounts, real estate website, and listings in luxury real estate and golf course directories.
  • Developing and implementing digital advertising strategies (such as digital advertising platform / email marketing etc.).
  • Analyzing website visitor traffic as a result of analyses made through Google Analytics and project development by sharing improvement requests with the management.
  • Managing social media accounts (such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and providing suggestions to the Media and Marketing Manager to increase the number of followers.
  • Using inboard marketing techniques to maintain a strong online presence, including social media accounts, a property website, and listings in luxury real estate and golf course directories (the official advertising or representation of a property).
  • Monitoring Google Ads campaigns (automatically showing on the display advertising network, Google Play, other applications & YouTube)&making recommendations to the Management to increase the performance of return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Analyzing website traffic and user behavior via Google Analytics to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
  • Working in partnership with the web development team to ensure that the project website is optimized for user experience &positive results.
  • Coordinated work with media organizations to increase media visibility and brand awareness.
  • Coordinating statements to media participants, and press releases to public officials to ensure accurate positive promotion of the project.
  • Developing strategies for effective promotion by checking e-bulletin sending plans.
  • Develop public relations strategies to increase the reputation and reliability of the project, submitting them for approval and implementing them after approval.
  • Conducting regular risk assessment studies regarding the project, preparing a precautions plan& reporting to the management.

  • Providing regular reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:
 
  • University Degree/business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy.
  • Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages.
  • Full knowledge about of Sales & Marketing budgets Prepare
  • Determining and monitoring customer expectations and trends.
  • How to monitor the activities of competitors.
  • Tracking of industry trends and branding practices.
