Construction Planner
Based in Germany (Right to work in the EU required) 
2 Years scope of work

Overview:
WRS is looking for an experienced Construction Planner for a major project in Germany. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities during the execution phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting systems.
• Analyse contractor submissions on planning, scheduling, and productivity.
• Prepare detailed reports including histograms, baseline schedules, S-curves, and critical path analysis.
• Review contractor resource plans and ensure adequacy to meet timelines.
• Report on schedule variances and propose mitigation plans.
• Validate monthly progress claims from contractors.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers for project information and updates.

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in project planning, with at least 5 years in on-site roles in Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industries.
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, capable of producing level 3 schedules, histograms, and S-curves.
• Fluent English, German is a plus.
• PMP certification or similar is advantageous but not essential.
