Responsibilities:
- Create and issue production plan to production team as per the sales order.
- Create Job order accurately.
- Ensure all SKUs are planned as per sales order.
- Issue plan accurately in coordination with Inventory Planner
Develop and review production plan. - Weekly/ Daily production plan considering as per sales order.
- Amendment sales order as much as sales requirement.
- Revised plan and forward to plant for filling with adjusted schedule.
- Daily basis discussion with plant team (manager/Supervisor) for give which is priority to fill the product for loading.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 25 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
- Systems: Handson experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production scheduling software.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse production data and optimize schedules.
- Problem solving: Managing delays, inventory issues, and production bottlenecks.
- Communication: Coordinating with various departments (procurement, manufacturing, logistics).
- Attention to detail: Ensuring that production plans align with demand and resource availability.
- Time management: Handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management, materials planning, and forecasting techniques.
