Overview WRS is seeking an experienced Project Executive with expertise in high-rise & Commerical construction to lead large-scale commercial and residential projects throughout the SE USA. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and client relations skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise/ Commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Oversee project teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety on-site.
• Handle contract negotiations and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years in high-rise/Commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• PMP or LEED certification is a plus.
