IT Specialist

Location: Baghdad
Working days: 5 days
Working Hours: 8 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks.
Monitor and manage the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain data backup, recovery.
Provide timely technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and address system errors and performance issues.
Manage IT helpdesk requests and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions.
Manage the company’s local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Train employees on new IT systems, tools, and best practices.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals, procedures, and system configurations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and IT security.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Proficiency in IT systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Any Desk).
Verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, and English.
