Position Overview:
On behalf of a major EPC client we are looking for an experienced HSE Training Coordinator to support a large-scale LNG project in Oman. This role is essential for developing and delivering high-quality health, safety, and environmental training programs to ensure that all project personnel meet the necessary safety standards and understand best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE training, practical knowledge of oil and gas operations, and an ability to effectively engage and instruct diverse teams. This will be a 12 month renewable contract, rotating 12/2 into Oman, paying a monthly salary in USD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and coordinate HSE training programs aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct HSE inductions, refresher courses, and specialised training sessions for project personnel.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, monitor competency, and adapt training content to address changing project needs.
- Previous experience working on onshore LNG projects
- Prepare and deliver regular training assessments, reports, and feedback to project management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all training materials comply with Omani regulations and international HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
- Collaborate with HSE and operations teams to identify training needs and support a proactive safety culture on-site.
- Organise and lead emergency preparedness drills in collaboration with emergency response teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Education, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging HSE training programs for multicultural teams.
