HSE Advisor (Fabrication) - Middlesborough

On behalf of a major developer, I am looking for HSE Advisor (Fabrication) to work in Middlesborough on a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. This position is paying a date rate PAYE, Inside IR35.

Please note: This is an urgent position and you MUST have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Fabrication Supplier’s compliance with Employer’s HSE Requirements according to contract
• Based on risk approach, plan and conduct supplier and process assessments according to relevant activity program
• HSE support to Ørsted Package and Fabrication Team
• Implement and/or follow up on Supplier HSE Improvements (where handed over) and Assurance / Activity Plan according to Project Baseline Agreement
• Contribute to HSE supplier performance reporting

Requirements:

• Completed IOSH course or NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to certificate level or similar.
• Preferable completed NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to Diploma Level or similar.
• Recommended five years of relevant experience within mature industrial manufacturing, ideally within fabrication
• Recommended ten years of experience within QHSE Management
• Experience within Incident investigations and Root Cause Identification
