WRS are looking for a Drilling Fluids and Cement Senior Engineer to work for one of our major Clients in France. 

Working in the offices in Pau, which overlooks the Pyrenees, a very sort after location in France. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform drilling fluids, cementing and waste management studies as part of Drilling&Wells Engineering for client entities.
• Conduct the study in interaction with the requesting entity until it is completed (study reports, recommendations, etc.)
• Prepare Call For Tender documents and evaluate tenders for drilling campaigns in collaboration with a contract engineer on behalf of the client entities.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in drilling fluids and cementing with recognised engineering skills in various contexts.
• Good communication skills, including intercultural skills, to exchange and participate in technical meetings with stakeholders around the world.
• Rigor, organisational capacity, quality of communication and teamwork required.
• Fluent in English and French 
• 15 Years experience in charge of operations 
• Mechanical Diploma (Bachelor or University diploma or Higher Technical diploma)
• Medical certificate (less than 1 year) by an official organism
