Summary:
hiring a Document Management and Administration Controller to support the site-based Construction Management Team (CMT). This role ensures efficient document handling and smooth office operations, aiding in the success of our construction project.

Responsibilities:
  • Support CMT with document management and administrative tasks.
  • Implement office policies and maintain orderly operations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for site visitors and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with CMT, contractors, and vendors on document requirements.
  • Manage correspondence, office supplies, and event planning.
  • Attend construction meetings and maintain leave records.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word).
  • Experience in document management within a construction setting.
  • Basic German (spoken) and written English skills.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in a similar role.
