Business Relationship Partner / Assistant Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Relationship Partner / Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project management activities, engaging with partners and customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the field of software development for functional safety. This role involves managing customer requests, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitating effective communication through reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to Tier 1 customer requests and provide timely, high-quality support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Retrieve, analyze, and report on project performance KPIs using BI tools.
  • Reporting and Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication of project results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update reporting tools such as PowerBI dashboards and manage email correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer support and project reporting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI.
    • General familiarity with functional safety and project management practice.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Ability to work with rigor, adaptability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
