Inspector at Vendor’s Workshop
Location: Paris Office
Contract: NFS LNG Project
We are seeking an experienced Inspector for our Vendor’s Workshop on the NFS LNG Project, specialising in either Rotating (pumps, compressors, turbines) or Electrical & Instrumentation (transformers, substations, telecom systems, motors). The role involves performing quality inspections and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements during the execution of Purchase Orders.

We are seeking an experienced Inspector for our Vendor’s Workshop on the NFS LNG Project, specialising in either Rotating (pumps, compressors, turbines) or Electrical & Instrumentation (transformers, substations, telecom systems, motors). The role involves performing quality inspections and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements during the execution of Purchase Orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct key inspections and prepare project deliverables (e.g., Inspection Reports, Non-Conformity Reports, Punch Lists).
- Monitor production schedules and delays, reporting critical events and proposing corrective actions.
- Evaluate suppliers and oversee their quality control activities.
- Collaborate with the Resource Management team and ensure quality documentation is maintained.
- Participate in project evaluations and supplier assessments.
- Significant experience with electrical generators or rotating equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors).
- Right to work in the EU required
- Expertise in quality control processes and documentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- For E&I roles, Atex or IeCeX certification is required.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Previous QC/expeditor experience and familiarity with FAT procedures.
- Workshop or manufacturing environment experience.
