Location: Greater Los Angeles, California

Position Summary:
As the Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects. You will manage project teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Exceptional Cleint managment & Communication skills are vital for this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to final inspection.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Address any issues or changes that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure all documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and regulations affecting commercial roofing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the commercial roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
