Budget and Cost Control Lead
Paris
12 Month Contract (Renewable)

We are seeking an experienced professional in Budget and Cost Control Management with a strong background in managing, analysing, and aligning project budgets with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee and analyse FEED and project-related expenditures.
Collaborate closely with project teams to drive effective expense control and proactive cost management.
Develop and refine cost control strategies to meet financial targets.
Review and approve project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and goals.
Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.
Work with the PCM Manager to assess and negotiate supplier and vendor contracts to optimise costs and maximise project profitability.
Actively participate in the Change Management process by identifying potential cost deviations early and recommending corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with established financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Able to function effectively within large, collaborative teams across multiple sites and partnerships
