Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure asset integrity tasks are completed on time and per schedule.
- Collaborate with integrity engineers to identify and resolve anomalies as per guidelines.
- Conduct RBI assessments for piping and pressure vessels.
- Support structural integrity assessments as required.
- Assist in Asset Life Extension (ALE) activities.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and contractors.
- Prepare work scopes, repair plans, and procedures.
- Analyse equipment data to determine fitness-for-service following industry standards.
- Conduct incident investigations and root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
- Explore cost-effective technology for asset integrity and maintenance.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent (Honors preferred).
- Professional certification or knowledge of standards like ASME, API, and others.
- 5+ years in the oil and gas industry, with 3+ years in Asset Integrity.
- Expertise in RBI assessments, corrosion control, inspection techniques, NDT, and RCFA.
- Offshore fitness for work in Sarawak and Sabah.
- Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management Software is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, contractor management, and project success with a focus on safety.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing skills.
