Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure asset integrity tasks are completed on time and per schedule.
  • Collaborate with integrity engineers to identify and resolve anomalies as per guidelines.
  • Conduct RBI assessments for piping and pressure vessels.
  • Support structural integrity assessments as required.
  • Assist in Asset Life Extension (ALE) activities.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and contractors.
  • Prepare work scopes, repair plans, and procedures.
  • Analyse equipment data to determine fitness-for-service following industry standards.
  • Conduct incident investigations and root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
  • Explore cost-effective technology for asset integrity and maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent (Honors preferred).
  • Professional certification or knowledge of standards like ASME, API, and others.
  • 5+ years in the oil and gas industry, with 3+ years in Asset Integrity.
  • Expertise in RBI assessments, corrosion control, inspection techniques, NDT, and RCFA.
  • Offshore fitness for work in Sarawak and Sabah.
  • Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management Software is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, contractor management, and project success with a focus on safety.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing skills.
