Key Responsibilities:

Ensure asset integrity tasks are completed on time and per schedule.
Collaborate with integrity engineers to identify and resolve anomalies as per guidelines.
Conduct RBI assessments for piping and pressure vessels.
Support structural integrity assessments as required.
Assist in Asset Life Extension (ALE) activities.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and contractors.
Prepare work scopes, repair plans, and procedures.
Analyse equipment data to determine fitness-for-service following industry standards.
Conduct incident investigations and root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
Explore cost-effective technology for asset integrity and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent (Honors preferred).
Professional certification or knowledge of standards like ASME, API, and others.
5+ years in the oil and gas industry, with 3+ years in Asset Integrity.
Expertise in RBI assessments, corrosion control, inspection techniques, NDT, and RCFA.
Offshore fitness for work in Sarawak and Sabah.
Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management Software is advantageous.
Strong leadership, contractor management, and project success with a focus on safety.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing skills.
