Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled VDC Project Manager to oversee virtual design and construction for large-scale multifamily high-rise and commercial projects. This role involves leading the design and implementation of MEPF systems, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled VDC Project Manager to oversee virtual design and construction for large-scale multifamily high-rise and commercial projects. This role involves leading the design and implementation of MEPF systems, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination: Develop and coordinate mechanical systems design, including HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork layouts.
- Team Leadership: Provide design direction and support to project teams, including Revit CADD technicians, ensuring quality and constructability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, project team members, and inspecting authorities to ensure project alignment and success.
- Process Improvement: Apply industry knowledge to identify and implement the best design solutions while considering customer needs and budgeting requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant mechanical design experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CADD/Revit, with experience in VRV, WSHP, and DX Split systems. Knowledge of HVAC load calculations using programs like Trane Trace is preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge: Detailed understanding of mechanical codes (IPC, IMC, IBC, ASHRAE) and strong fundamentals in mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Communication: Excellent skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and specifications, with the ability to perform basic HVAC calculations.
