Service Fleet Specialist

Position : Service Fleet Specialist
Location : Erbil

Responsibilities of the Job:

Daily monitoring the market situation
Understanding Iraq Market and customer mentality and demand.
Reporting daily routine tasks on time
Visiting and Following up Dealers operational process and support in weak points
Educate dealers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs
Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing excellent customer service.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Maintaining an excellent knowledge of company dealers service, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers.
Assist in prospecting and qualifying new fleet accounts.
Follow-up with dealers to ensure successful sign a new fleet contracts
Pay visit to customers on their premises or as instructed on required basis.

Requirements:

At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
At least 2 years as a car technician/mechanic
Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
Iraqi nationality
Professional and confident approach to working relationships
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Active team player
Excellent Communication Skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Complaint handling skills
Information analysis
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
