About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for an offshore conventional gas and condensate development project. The role begins with the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase, with the opportunity to extend through Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and project close-out phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all QA/QC activities for both offshore and onshore project scopes, ensuring alignment with project and organizational guidelines.
- Provide essential QA/QC input in CPF and LLI contracts, including preparation and organization for bidder prequalification during the EPC phase.
- Adhere to and enforce standardized legal, contracts, and compliance processes, supporting smooth operations across all project phases.
- Foster effective communication among stakeholders and project teams to maintain project cohesion and alignment.
- Maintain and update approved vendor lists, conduct criticality assessments, and ensure the QA/QC objectives are understood by project personnel.
- Develop QA/QC exhibits for EPC and LLI contracts, supporting documentation for quality management needs.
- Education: Management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in project management, with extensive experience in QA/QC, contract management, and tender processes.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
