Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with high-rise/Commercial construction experience to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-rise/Commercial construction projects from pre-construction to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts proactively.
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in high-rise/commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
