The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of high-rise/Commercial construction projects from pre-construction to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts proactively.
- Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and vendor contracts.
- 5+ years of project management experience in high-rise/commercial construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
